The thesis
SEARA CAPITAL invests in affordable, well-built housing in territories chosen before the market. We look for regions where real demand meets limited supply, and where quality of life and transport links justify the investment.
Value comes from the criteria, not from scale. Each project is assessed on its feasibility of delivery, on a final price in line with local incomes, and on the ability to deliver what was agreed.
